| DBM Portuguese Ratings |
This series of webpages have been created to enhance historical wargaming interest within Portugal and, hopefully, our friends around the world. |
De Bellis Multitudinis or DBM is a set of historical miniatures rules for the ancient and medieval periods devised by Phil Barker and Richard Bodly Scott of Wargames Research Group. DBM is essentially a game of skill based on historical events from the period up to 1500AD. It is much like chess but with out squares & set playing pieces. It is played (usually) on a 6' by 4' table using miniature figures mounted on standard sized bases. Figure scales played are 6mm, 15mm (the most popular scale) or 25mm. Gameplay does have a luck component but the strongest players still tend to win. DBM is an easy game to learn but a very hard game to master.

The Portuguese DBM Ratings Page will be a series of statistical information compiled from competitive DBM tournaments held within Portugal. Its purpose is to enhance interest and enjoyment of our hobby rather than encourage over competitiveness. The various pages include information on players who have participated in DBM tournaments held in Portugal in the last years. Some pages are useful summaries, others statistical analyses and some just for fun. Enjoy. |
For the moment will only be considered the full list (bellow)
